Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use cloudkillerz.com and the CloudKillerz app ("CloudKillerz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Cancellation & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CloudKillerz.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use SoundCloud where you live if that is higher. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens on your account.

Some features need you to connect your SoundCloud account through SoundCloud’s official sign-in. When you do, you allow CloudKillerz to read your public profile and tracks and to take the actions you start or set up yourself, such as liking, commenting on, reposting or following from your account, and running any Autopilot schedule you configure.

You can disconnect SoundCloud at any time from Settings. You are responsible for making sure the way you use your SoundCloud account follows SoundCloud’s own terms. We may pause or limit features if we believe they put your account or the community at risk.

CloudKillerz is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SoundCloud.

Credits are an in-app point system. You earn them by taking part (for example qualified listens and helpful feedback), may receive them as bonuses, and may buy them. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside CloudKillerz.

We may change how Credits are earned or spent, and we may reverse Credits that were earned through mistakes, fraud or abuse. If your account is closed, any remaining Credits end with it.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Introductory offers and promo codes apply only as described when you redeem them, and only one discount can be used per checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record and collect applicable sales tax. Cancellation, plan changes and refunds work as described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

You keep all rights to your music, profile, posts and feedback. By adding content to CloudKillerz you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display and share it inside CloudKillerz and on public pages you choose to make visible (such as your public artist profile), only for the purpose of running the service. This permission ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies other members already received (for example feedback you gave them).

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you add or promote.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In short: no fake listens or multiple accounts, no automation that we did not build, no harassment, spam or hate, no infringing content, and no attempts to break, overload or get around the security or limits of CloudKillerz.

We may remove content, reverse Credits, pause promotions, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can stop using CloudKillerz at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

CloudKillerz connects you with other artists, but we cannot promise any particular number of plays, followers, reposts or results. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and some are labelled beta. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, CloudKillerz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or reputation. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms as CloudKillerz grows. If a change is significant we will let members know on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use CloudKillerz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
