Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Profile details you add: artist name, handle, bio, location, links, genres, roles and goals.
• SoundCloud data, if you connect it: your SoundCloud username, avatar, follower counts and public tracks. Access tokens from SoundCloud are stored encrypted.
• Activity on CloudKillerz: listens, feedback, ratings, follows, posts, promotions, Credits history and reports, so the service and its rewards work fairly.
• Billing details: your plan and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics on cloudkillerz.com.

• To run your account and show your public profile if you make it public.
• To match you with artists and tracks in your genres.
• To count qualified listens, pay out Credits and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To process payments and send account and billing emails.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run CloudKillerz, and only as needed:

• SoundCloud, to perform the actions you start or set up from your connected account.
• Stripe, to process payments and handle tax.
• Google Analytics, to measure site traffic.
• Our hosting and email providers, to store data and send emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect members and the service from fraud or abuse. Anything you put on a public profile can be seen by anyone.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without analytics cookies, but you will need essential cookies to sign in.

We keep your information while your account is open. When your account is deleted we remove your profile and activity data. We keep payment records and security logs for as long as the law or fraud prevention requires.

• Edit your profile, or make it private, from your Profile page at any time.
• Disconnect SoundCloud from Settings. This removes our access to your SoundCloud account.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing our account help address below.

CloudKillerz is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and encrypted SoundCloud tokens, and we limit who can access member data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and let members know on the site or by email.
